Is there any freelancing platforms that do not charge its users?

Do you know any freelancing platforms that do not charge its users? Hardly you will see the ones that don't do this. I almost all the freelancing platforms that I know always find one way or the other to charge its users. I don't know if you notice this. They always have different reasons why they get this done. What do you think? Do you know anyone of them that do not charge their clients at all?
