If you wanna post or manage stuff on the go, you're stuck using the website through your phone's browser. A lot of people on the forums have asked about an app, and it seems like the team hasn't made one yet. Honestly, everyone kinda wishes there was an official app because posting from the browser isn't super convenient. There are even threads asking if a mobile app is in the works someday, but for now, it's all web-based. So yeah, mobile posting is possible

If you want to post, you just have to do it through your phone's browser, which can be a bit clunky sometimes.
