Ask Is there a minimum ad budget below which paid social media advertising is basically not worth running?

Very small budgets, like under twenty or thirty dollars a week, rarely produce results worth analysing. Social media platforms need enough spend and time to learn who to show your ads to, and below a certain point the data is just too thin to be useful. That does not mean small budgets are completely pointless, but you have to go in knowing you are mostly learning rather than growing. Once a budget gets to a point where the platform can actually optimise, results become more consistent. Is there a realistic budget range where paid social starts to show dependable results?
