There is no hard cap on how many rewarded posts or comments you can make each day on BMF.io. People online say they've been able to post a bunch without any issues. That said, it's not just about spamming content; your stuff has to actually be useful or interesting to get rewards. So technically, yeah, you can post as much as you want, but if it's low-effort or off-topic, it might not count for anything.

It is more about how much you can post. Basically, you can make around 10 new threads per hour and 5 comments per hour that actually count for rewards. If you really pushed it, that could add up to like 240 threads and 120 comments in a day, but realistically most people stick to something like 100 posts and 50 comments so they don't burn out.
