It can help you reach people fast, build your brand, and talk directly to customers on apps like Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook. But the problem is, it's not stable. Algorithms change all the time, so sometimes your posts won't even reach many people. Also, there's a lot of competition, so it's easy to get ignored. That's why businesses usually don't rely only on it. They mix it with other things like a website, email marketing, SEO, or even offline ads. That way, they're not depending on just one platform.
