These days, those that cannot afford the cost of being online, or using the Internet can easily divert their attention to using SMS. This is the main reason why some marketers see it as being cost-effective. There are different companies and AI tools that can be used to make the sending of SMS messages easier. The same tool can be used to draft the SMS messages.

It's one of the cheaper options but not necessarily the best value for money. SMS has high open rates since most people check their texts right away, but the messages are so short that it's hard to include much detail.
