I keep wondering if I'm missing something important when it comes to connecting with my followers. Lately, I started getting more DMs than usual, and sometimes it feels overwhelming to even keep up. I responded to a few, just to see if it made any difference or created some kind of new energy on my page.
After replying, I noticed a handful of people seemed more active in my comments and even shared my posts with their friends. Still, I can't quite figure out if spending the time in the DMs really helps keep followers around in the long run.
