Posting daily can be good if you have quality content and can keep up with it, but it's not a must. Many small brands do better by posting three to four times a week with thoughtful captions and clear photos. When you post too often, it can start to feel repetitive or forced, especially if the content isn't engaging. It's better to focus on consistency and interaction. Respond to comments, use stories, and share behind-the-scenes moments. These build stronger connections than just filling your page with posts. The goal is to stay active without overwhelming your followers or yourself.

It really depends on your audience and what you're posting. Daily posts can keep your brand on people's minds and show that you're consistent. But if the content feels forced or all the same, it can annoy followers. For small brands, it's usually smarter to focus on fewer, really good posts instead of just posting every day for the sake of it. You can use stories or reels to fill in the gaps without crowding your feed.
