It is possible for some clients to be requesting for video calls. With that, there is nothing bad in granting the vidoe calls request. However, it will be a waste of time if you are granting all video call requests. You need to make sure that you are only granting video calls to those high-ticket clients. With that it is worth it. It is even better than just granting to all customers that request for video calls.
