I just started freelancing, and I'm not sure what to expect. I see people saying it takes months to get clients. Others claim they landed work in just a few weeks.

I don't have experience yet, but I'm willing to learn. I'm setting up my profile and applying for jobs. Still, I worry no one will hire me as a beginner.

Is there a way to speed things up? Should I lower my rates or offer free samples? Or is it just a waiting game?

Is it possible to get freelance clients in the first month of getting started?
