There are some freelancers that are bold enough to meet up with the clients they they like. It is allowed. You only need to make sure that you have more to convince the clients. You can easily check their website, or meet with the clients, notice their issues, and then find ways to provide solutions to the issues. So that in a way that will convince them. What do you think?
