Is it good to outsource startup project to freelancers?

I know you may want to garner experience, thereby feeling tempted to do the first project yourself. There is nothing bad in that. But the moment you discover that you cannot handle the tasks because it is beyond you, or you want to save some cost and time, there is nothing bad if you outsource it for other freelancers.
