If your offer is about gambling, then a forum where people talk about casinos or betting will likely give better results than a random discussion site. Teasers also work better when they match what people are already talking about. In niche forums, it's easier to blend in and keep the thread alive with comments. General forums may give a few clicks fast, but they often die off quickly. If you're testing this, it might be smart to try both for a short time and see which one brings more engaged traffic.
