The way you build your client base says a lot about how you experience freelancing day to day. A small number of well-paying clients can give you focus and stability, but it also means one lost contract can seriously hurt your income for that month. Spreading across many smaller clients feels safer until you realise how much time goes into managing all of them. There is no single answer that works for everyone. How have you structured your client base, and what pushed you toward the approach you currently use?

I prefer to have few premium clients on a monthly subscription with my freelance business. The reason is that I will be able to focus more on them 100%. With that, I'll be able to provide them high quality services and give them higher satisfaction. And I also have more free time and make money as a result
