I often see freelancers either helping each other or avoiding each other because they feel everyone is competing for the same clients. Building relationships can lead to support, shared ideas, and even referrals when someone is too busy. At the same time, there is the fear of losing opportunities. It makes me wonder if working together actually brings more growth in the long run, or if it is safer to stay focused alone and protect your own space?
