Ask Is it allowed to set up a freelance profile on behalf of someone else who does the actual work?

Some people run small agencies or help others get started on platforms, and sometimes that means creating or managing profiles for other people. The person doing the work may not want to deal with the platform side of things, so someone else handles it. But I am not sure if this is something platforms allow, or if it goes against their rules about account ownership. It seems like something that could cause problems if the platform finds out. What do the rules actually say about this?
