One of the things that draw some people to freelancing is that they believe that they don't have boss. In actual sense,, this may not be always true. The actual truth is that freelancers are working on platforms. And these platforms are the ones setting rules and regulations to be followed. Apart from that, the clients are adhoc bosses. They instruct the freelancers on what they want, which must be done by them. Do you still think they have no bosses with this?
