Is it a must to have contract between the two parties before starting the tasks?

For those that believe that contract is not really enough, it mag be because they have not been into any issue with their clients. For those that have gone through hell with their clients, they will tell you the reason why it is needed to have contract signed. If you don't really understand any clause from the agreement, you can call upon your legal representative to help you clear that clause out.
