It is better to know whether freelancing is active or passive before starting it. It is possible for you to make it a passive one if you know what you can create that the people can be involving in, like buying them from you. This will mean that you will be generating additional money for yourself if you are doing this. It can also be seen as an active scheme if you can be getting money the more you are involving in the tasks made available.

One thing I can say is that it is still a passive income because you are not putting it a lot of time and efforts to make money from it. Unlike when you are doing salary work in which you are going to stay on the job from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on daily basis
