I feel a bit unsure about legal stuff in e-commerce. I keep hearing people mention Terms & Conditions as something every store should have. Some say it protects the business while others act like it is just a formality.
I run a small online store that sells digital products. I used a free template for my Terms & Conditions when I launched. It looked fine to me at the time. Now I wonder if it really covers the important details.
I have checked a few other stores and noticed theirs look very different. Is drafting custom Terms & Conditions better for small e-commerce business?
