To be honest, all aspects of freelancing can be automated. But it is not necessary that all freelancing aspect need to be automated. There are some aspects that can still be done manually. However, there is a need to automate some aspects to make it easier for the freelancers to perform effectively. Some have decided to automate the tracking of their journey. I am going to automated my response rate to the client who came to my DM. You see response rate is one of the top rankings in in most of the freelance marketplace especially on upwork and fiverr. Also I will automated some of the services I offer in the marketplace for the people.
