If push notifications started ranking themselves by how much they'd influence your mood, I'd probably think twice about keeping them all on. Some apps would clearly be designed to hype you up or stress you out, and seeing that label would make me more selective. I'd likely keep the useful ones like messages, reminders, or transit alerts, but mute anything that spikes anxiety or distracts me for no reason. The ranking would basically act like a mirror showing how different apps mess with my attention and emotions.
