How would you start freelancing today if you had only a smartphone and AI tools?

To be honest, as a freelancer, you don't need more than a smartphone and some AI tools if you are just starting freelancing. You only need to make sure that you are consistent with whatever that you are doing. Ensure you have the right skills needed by the client. And then learn how to get their attention. If you can do that successfully, there is nothing stopping you from being a successful freelancer. What's your take?
