It is not all the time that clients would like a class. The fault may be from either the clients or the coach, himself. Anyhow it may be, how should clients report this in order to ensure that the issue would be addressed.

In order not to cause much issue, it may be better if the clients can reach out to the coaches using feedbacks channels. Sometimes, if there is a personal contact, like e-mails, than can be used.
