Highlight their strengths and areas for improvement to help them enhance their interviewing skills.
 
As a coach, I will hammer more on confidence. Self confidence matters a lot for someone that is preparing to go for an interview. It is not about the question that they want to ask you there but the way you will want to carry yourself while answering the questions.
 
Building confidence is definitely a crucial aspect of preparing for a job interview. As a coach, I would focus on helping the job seeker develop a positive mindset, practice positive self-talk, and encourage them to showcase their skills and experiences with conviction. I would also work on techniques to manage nervousness and stress during the interview to ensure they present themselves in the best light possible.
 
Then, run through common questions out loud, but don't memorize stuff, just have some stories and examples ready. Pay attention to your body language too: sit up, make eye contact, and smile. Have a couple of questions ready to ask them as it shows you're interested. Most importantly, chill and treat it like a normal conversation, not an interrogation. Being relaxed, curious, and yourself goes a long way.
