It is not a bad idea having emotional feeling towards some traditional ways of carrying out some businesses, especially if such a method is working for us. But there's a reason for us to have ways of blending with the current waves, at least to have the better view of things.

There are some clients, however that would not want to change their minds. How would a coach get the best from such clients to change their minds.

Since the world is moving round the era of technology, we don't need to get stuck to the old school way of doing things. You need to let them know the importance of adding technology to the ways they teach now. And how technology can rally make positive changes in their coaching program.

Start by showing you get why they like their current methods. Then, casually introduce new ideas as something that could add to what they already do, not replace it. Little examples or trial runs help a lot, because seeing it in action makes it less scary. Ask what they think, listen, and tweak as you go. Over time, if you show that modern ways can actually make their life easier without messing up what already works, they'll be way more open to trying it

It is essential to first acknowledge and appreciate the client's emotional attachment to traditional methods of conducting business. Validate their feelings and show empathy towards their perspective. Once you establish this understanding, gradually introduce the benefits and advantages of incorporating modern technologies and methods into their business practices. Help them see how these new approaches can complement and enhance their existing methods rather than replace them entirely.

The issue is that most business owners always click strongly to their traditional way of doing things, especially if those ways are working. However, a coach needs to let the business owners know that they need to adapt to new way just because of their customers not rally because of them alone.
