Virtual Reality, or VR, and Augmented Reality, or AR, are bringing a new level of excitement to how we show off products to people. VR is like putting someone inside a completely new, digital place, maybe letting them walk through a hotel room before booking it, which creates a very strong feeling. AR is different because it adds digital things to the real world you see through your phone, like letting you see how a new piece of furniture looks in your actual living room before you buy it. This "try before you buy" feature is super helpful because it makes customers more sure about their purchase and can stop them from sending things back later. These tools make marketing much more interactive than just looking at a flat picture. How much do you think people will actually use special headsets for marketing versus just using their phones for AR?
 
In my opinion, phones will dominate AR marketing for a long time because they're already in everyone's pocket and don't require any extra effort. People are much more likely to scan a product or "try it in their room" on their phone than to wear a headset. VR headsets might grow, but they'll mostly stay for high-end experiences like real estate tours, gaming, or big brand events. So for everyday marketing, AR on mobile will be the practical winner, while VR will be more niche and experience-driven.
 
Virtual reality and augmented reality can make digital marketing feel more interactive. Instead of just seeing a product in an image, people can "try" it in a virtual space or place it in their real environment using AR. This can help customers understand products better before buying, which may increase trust and reduce hesitation.
