This helps build a real sense of belonging and loyalty because people are actually *doing* things with the brand, not just seeing an advertisement. The metaverse will change digital marketing by making it more interactive. Instead of just seeing ads or videos, users may be able to walk through virtual stores, try products in 3D, or interact with brands in real time. This makes marketing feel more engaging than traditional formats.
