Instead of shutting things down, we encourage folks to talk it out, maybe even team up or focus on different niches. If things ever get messy, BMF can step in to help sort it out fairly. The idea isn't to block competition, but to keep things collaborative and cool. Everyone's here to grow and do great work, and as long as we're honest and respectful with each other, we can avoid most conflicts and maybe even turn overlap into opportunity.
