I just joined this BMF of recent as an instructor. I really want to have much impact on this forum and as well earn well. However I don't know what I need to be doing as a new instructor in order to be getting the best for myself. I want to build my confidence but I don't know how to do so.

Can you tell me what are the activities that that I need to be engaging in?

Share personal stories, real-life examples, whatever makes you look legit. Chat with your students, answer questions, and be active as it really makes a difference. Keep things consistent too: clear lessons, regular updates, and decent-quality content go a long way. You don't have to be perfect right out of the gate; being real actually matters more. Honestly, if your courses click with the right people, you can start building trust and a solid rep in just a few weeks

Building credibility as a coach on BMF platform may require hard work. When a coach is bringing consistently the value needed by the students, they are likely to get more credibility. You need to convince the students with your curses and as well be consistent with your posting.
