Most of the times, some freelancers keep on promoting themselves only to end up having many task that they cannot handle. While some decide not to be promoting themselves only for them to have shortage of tasks. It is always better as a freelancer to know how to balance the two. You don't need to be involving in rigorous promotion if you know you don't have much time to complete the task. What do you think?
