While some people have argued that posting 3 times on each social media platform is ideal, others have argued that there is no particular number that is enforced.

It is best you have a content schedule so that the algorithm quickly understands your channel or page patterns. You can post at least 4 times a week but it not good posting like twice a day, this could kill the views or performance of each content.
