While some people may claim that there should not be a specific time and number of posts to be posted on social media while doing social media marketing, it is better we learn the best way to make use of this in a way that will not be like we are bombarding the users with too many posts.

There should be specific time and number of posts to be posted on this social media platforms in a day. This will ensure moderation. What do you think?
 
The issue is that make sure you don't keep your audience waiting but don't give them too much except they are hungry for it. Twice in a week may be better especially if the posts center more on information and guidance. Audience always want to have more of informational contents than the other contents. Your engagement with them can also guide you on when to be posting.
 
There is no time you post that you don't post. Just make sure you are engaging your audience. You will not want them to be hungry before you give them what they want. And you should not choke them with much contents as well. Study them to know if they want or not.
 
Honestly, there is no perfect answer because every brand and audience is different. A news outlet needs to post constantly to stay relevant, but a luxury brand might only post a few times a week and still maintain strong engagement.
 
Quality always wins over quantity. You can pump out ten posts a day but if they are boring or low effort, people will scroll past them. One well-crafted post that sparks conversation is worth more than a bunch of filler content.
 
Most advice says three to five times per week minimum, but that assumes you have decent content to share. Posting just to meet a quota is pointless if the posts are weak. You also need to consider what your audience expects. If you suddenly go from posting once a week to posting every day, they might feel overwhelmed.
