If I were doing this for real, I'd probably swing by their sites every week or every couple of weeks, depending on how much stuff is changing. Mainly, it's just to see what they're up to, what's working for them, and maybe spark some ideas. I'm not glued to it or anything but just enough to stay in the loop and keep things fresh.
