How often do you clean your portfolios as freelancers?

There is a need for the freelancers to be cleaning the portfolios as time goes on. Doing this will give him the chance of putting the current and the relevant ones there. There are some ugly works that are not meant to be seen on the portfolios. Apart from that, there is a need to do that because of the inconvenience of your clients. And also it shows that you are growing as well. What do you think?
