Different businesses send emails at different times, but many of them usually send one or two messages each week. This keeps the connection active without overwhelming people. When you send emails too often, subscribers may feel tired, but when you send too few, they may forget why they joined. A simple plan is to stay consistent, so people know what to expect. Some businesses increase emails during special events, but even then they try to keep the messages clear and helpful. The important thing is to share something that feels useful each time, even if it is short. What do you think?

From what I've seen, most businesses stick to 1–2 emails per week, which hits a sweet spot between staying visible and not annoying subscribers. The key is consistency people should know what to expect. During promotions or events, it's okay to send a bit more, but every email should offer real value, even if it's short. Quality beats quantity helpful, relevant content keeps subscribers engaged far more than frequent, generic messages.

Many businesses send emails about once a week. That pace keeps the brand fresh in people's minds without filling the inbox too much. When messages come regularly but not every day, readers are more likely to open them and stay interested in what the company shares.
