Starting early also gives room for approvals, revisions, and unexpected delays, ensuring the campaign runs smoothly and achieves the best possible impact.
 
To my best knowledge, there is no fixed time, but planning should take enough time to avoid mistakes later. For a simple influencer campaign, a few days to one week can be enough to choose the right influencer, agree on content, and set your goal.
