Ask How much can you pay or offer a content creator for a PPV advert?

I would like to know how to know if a youtuber's estimate for an ad is fair or not.
I'm looking at channels that have 50k-100k subscribers whose viewers could very likely be my target audience.
I want them to mention me as their sponsor for at least 3 months. (they post videos weekly).
I just want to know how much is fair, while I do know everyone is allowed to charge whatever they want for their services, I have never advertised in this way so I just need a reference point.
