In an hour, a member is only allowed to make 10 posts. In 24 hours, it will be 240. But practically, it is not possible to create during all these hours of a day. For comment, there is 5 per hour, meaning there can be only 120 comments a day.

For those that want to focus on creating posts, it is simpler to just focus on creating 100 posts per day and may be 50 comments per day.

Some days you might just chill and get a few hundred, other days you could go full beast mode and score thousands. The cool part is figuring out the easiest ways to max out points without totally burning yourself out. Sure, in real life there's probably some hidden limits, but imagining a no-limits scenario is fun when you could just keep stacking points non-stop and watch your total shoot up every single day.
