Some people said it is good to use the keyword in the intro and conclusion of the content. I want to ask that how many keywords can I use in the content?

From my experience, you should focus on one main keyword and a few supporting keywords. Trying to force too many keywords makes the content look unnatural and can hurt SEO. I usually pick 1 main keyword and 3-5 related keywords for a normal blog post. The key is to write for readers first and let the keywords fit in naturally. Google prefers helpful and readable content.
