I am just getting started with freelance and I decided to open an account on upwork. I have set up my profile creating different pages for my services. I ensure to use attractive and professional display picture on my profile. The surprises that I have done all this for the past 3 weeks and nobody has ever sent me a message asking about my services let alone get hired.
