How happy are your clients as freelancers?

The main goal of every freelancer is making sure that the clients are happy. That's why it is better for the freelancers to be doing all what they can do to make this happens. There is a need for them to provide an avenue that will be monitoring the happiness of the clients. They should be engaging in surveys where they can be asking their clients if they are happy or not. Doing this will make it easier to know if the people are happy or not.

I will say 75% of my client are happy about the freelance services are offered them. I still managed to have some of them coming back to order the same services repeatedly from me. I also managed to take some of them off the marketplace and continue to work as they are virtual assistant
