Sometimes there may be a reason for the freelancers to increase their visibility. Because of that, some may go for Upwork boosting system. The boosting system to some people is not fair enough. They believe that it not fair. The reason is that they believe that the system can help those that are not even competent at all at the expense of those that are competent.
