Ask How does BMF smooth video playback for students with poor internet network?

I am a student on this platform. I have been making use of the text model to learn. But because I have not gotten some concepts yet, I want to switch to video model. The only issue I have, however, is that I don't know if BMF has provisions for students that have poor internet network.

This is because, the Internet on my country is not stable most of the time.
