It's also important to track trends over time rather than reacting to single data points, so decisions are more accurate. When businesses balance data insights with real human input, they can create a smoother and more personalized customer experience that actually solves real problems.
 
A simple way to that is to study how people move through your website or app. Data can show where users click, where they stop, and where they leave. When you see patterns like drop-off points, you can improve those areas so the experience becomes smoother and easier for users.
