Stealing new customers from competitors is a common trend on social media. That's why users need to be careful guiding their traffic from being hijacked. Ways of hijacking traffic include studying competitors to know their weaknesses. This will include focusing on the reasons why users complain about them, then leverage on this to grow your business.

You can easily look for the demographic location that they are not targeting. Let's your brand be inclusive if theirs are just exclusive.
 
If they've got something new that's blowing up, I try to figure out why and think about how we could do it better or with our own twist. If they're dropping the ball somewhere, that's a perfect chance for us to step in and offer something stronger. I also check out their pricing, how they're marketing, and who they're targeting because sometimes they totally miss a group we could go after. Basically, I use their wins and fails as clues
 
For me, competitors' insights are like a roadmap. I check what keywords they rank for, which pages get the most backlinks, and how they structure their content. Then I ask myself what they're missing or not doing well. That usually points to opportunities I can take advantage of. It saves a lot of trial and error because I can focus on things people already care about.
 
Facebook traffic is great for Shopify because it's cost-effective and highly targeted. You can use Facebook ads to promote your products to the right audience, and with tools like retargeting, you can convert visitors into buyers. Plus, Facebook makes it easy to engage with your audience and build trust, leading to more sales.
