In reality, the right frequency comes from testing and watching patterns likes, comments, saves, and unfollows show what the audience prefers. When businesses adjust based on feedback instead of guessing, their content feels more natural and less forced, which usually leads to better long-term engagement.
 
I think a business should start by testing different posting schedules and watching how people react. Some audiences enjoy daily content, while others may get tired if posts appear too often. Engagement usually shows the difference clearly after some time.
Another thing is paying attention to the platform itself. What works on TikTok may not work on LinkedIn or Facebook. Short videos may need frequent posting, while longer educational content can still perform well with fewer uploads if the quality stays good.
