Everyone knows their responsibilities, but we collaborate on campaigns. This way, content is strong, followers are engaged, and we can measure real business impact without wasting effort.
 
To get the most out of a social media team, you want a mix of roles that work well together. First, have a social media manager who's in charge of the big picture. Then, get some content creators to keep things fresh and engaging. A community manager is also key for talking directly with followers and handling comments. Someone who loves numbers can track what's working and what's not. Finally, make sure your team stays in sync with PR and marketing for consistent messaging.
 
You can structure your media team for impact using the key principles. You team should be excellent at analytics and repurposing that is they should be to track what worked and kills what didn't this way they make success quickly.
