Waiting on feedback is one of the biggest reasons freelance projects run late. The client is busy, the request is vague, or they are not sure what you actually need from them. When the process is not clear from the start, feedback tends to come in late, incomplete, or focused on the wrong things. Building checkpoints into the project from the beginning and telling clients exactly what kind of input you need at each stage can change this completely. What do you do to make sure the feedback you receive is actually useful?
