Bullying is not something that is new to clients. There are different ways bullying can take place. It can be through verbal bullying or sometimes, psychological bullying. How do coaches stop this bullying? Some can do that by punishing those that are involving in it either by sending them away.

Workplace bullying is common. I resigned from six full time jobs because of bullies. Either a big percentage of people bully others in the workplace, of maybe I have had extremely bad luck. All of these offices had a very high turnover - it was never just me who had to quit. I experienced: insults about my physical appearance, my economic status (I was poor), interrogations about my private life and subsequent ridicule for giving the "wrong answers", my work got sabotaged, people told lies to get me in trouble, I was prevented from taking a lunch break and even cussed out for using the bathroom, I had objects thrown at me and money stolen out of my tote bag …

If I notice bullying, I address it directly but calmly, speaking to those involved one-on-one to understand what's going on. Then I bring focus back to team values and how everyone's behavior affects the group. I also encourage open communication so participants feel safe speaking up. Sometimes it's about teaching emotional awareness, not just discipline. The goal isn't just to stop the behavior, but to help people grow, take responsibility
